The Mental Health Capability Program — Founding Round

The Mental Health Capability Program is opening online for the first time, after being asked for again and again for workplaces.

6 months of learning, coaching, and community. With every module delivered live in the first 13 weeks, and then available in recordings.

The Reality

You care deeply about the people you work with.

And you're good at your job.

But some situations carry more weight than others.

When someone discloses suicidal thinking. When a client's mental health is deteriorating and you're not sure what to do next. When you're holding complexity that no training day has fully prepared you for.

These moments don't mean you're not capable.

They mean you're working in a space that requires specific skills, frameworks, and support.

That's what this program builds.

The Founding Round

This is the first time this program is being delivered. Not as a pre-recorded course. Not as a polished product.

As a live, real-time learning experience where you are in the room with me fortnightly, starting 30th October 2026.

You will work through each module as I teach it. You will bring your real cases, your real questions, and your real clinical situations into the space. Your input will shape the discussion, the examples, and the depth of every session.

This round is intentionally small.

Because the founding cohort gets something future participants will not.

Direct access to me through live modules. Live teaching, not recordings. The chance to shape a program that will support thousands of health and disability professionals. And a founding price that reflects the partnership of building this together.

After the founding round, future participants will join the same 6-month program with recorded modules and ongoing coaching calls. The live delivery of 13 modules in the first 8 weeks and founding pricing will not be offered again.

The Framework

The Mental Health Capability Program is built on three pillars, delivered across 13 modules in the first 8 weeks. After that, you spend the rest of your 6 months in community and monthly coaching — embedding what you've learned, practising it in real life, and growing with new learning added along the way. Each session combines focused teaching with real case discussion, so you leave every week with a framework and the experience of applying it to situations that look like your actual work.

Who It's For

This program is designed for health and disability professionals who are navigating complex mental health situations in their day-to-day work.

Occupational therapists. Education. Allied health clinicians. Nurses. Disability support workers. Housing workers. Team leaders. Practice managers.

Whether you're early in your career or well established, if you want clearer frameworks and more confidence for the harder moments, this is for you.

For organisations booking 6 or more staff: team packages are available with optional add-on debrief consults for when serious incidents happen on the ground.

The Transformation

Over 6 months, the hard moments in this work will still arrive without warning. The client who discloses suicidal thoughts halfway through a session. The family meeting where every face turns to you. The colleague who comes undone in supervision.

What changes is how you meet them.

You'll recognise what you're seeing, know what to say and what to do next, and hold the moment steadily enough that the person in front of you can feel it.

Then you'll go home at the end of the day without carrying all of it with you.

Better outcomes for the people you serve — clearer frameworks mean better care, steadier conversations, and more effective responses.

Stronger career trajectory — when you're capable in complex mental health situations, you become the person who leads teams, gets promoted, and runs a clearer business.

A version of this work you can sustain and enjoy — you stop carrying it all home, you last longer in the sector, and the work gives back to you instead of just taking.

This isn't about having every answer.

It's about walking into the most complex parts of your work with a clear framework, the right words, and a community of people who understand exactly what you hold.
