In this workshop, I walked through The Mental Health Capability Framework — the same three-pillar framework that sits underneath everything I teach and practise.

We covered:

  • How to know what you're looking at — and tell the difference between a rough patch and something that needs a response
  • How to respond when things carry weight — what to say, how to hold the conversation, and where the boundaries sit
  • How to do this work and still be okay — so the people you love get the best of you, not what's left

The Mental Health Capability Program is now open for founding enrolment.

You work through 13 modules in the first 8–12 weeks, then spend the rest of your 12 months in community and monthly coaching — embedding what you've learned, practising it in real life, and growing with new learning added along the way.

All learning and coaching is recorded, so if life throws its curveballs, you can catch up whenever the time is right.

Founding cohort starts 30th October 2026.

Founding enrolment closes Friday 16th October at midnight AEDT.

This pricing and level of live access will not be offered again.
